At tomoversize, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
✅ Accepted Within: 30 days of delivery
📦 Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-designed products (unless defective or incorrect due to our error)

Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
2. How to Return

Wait for Approval: We’ll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Ship Back: Send the item(s) to our return address (you’ll cover return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake).
3. Refunds
⏳ Processing Time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return
💳 Method: Refunded to your original payment provider
❗ Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size/color? Follow the return process above and specify your new preference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged/Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects:

We’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it hasn’t entered production. Email us immediately at service@tomoversize.com.
